Who is considered a “member,” making them eligible to vote and conduct the business of the organization?
Staff Members: All employees of Twin Lakes STEM Academy have 1 vote in Board elections, as well as in meetings of the membership.
Parents: All parent(s) or guardian(s) of enrolled Twin Lakes STEM Academy students have 1 vote, intended as natural parents or other parent/ guardian having legal status to be 2 votes per enrolled family.
Board Members: Each Board member has 1 vote, as either a parent, staff member, or elected community member.
Any individuals wishing to be nominated for the Board of Directors should inquire with the school. Nominations slate will be posted here.
